From the town in Styria it spread to Vienna, and then established itself in the Trentino areas as well.<\/p>\n<p>Over time this delicious pancake conquered Italy with different variations: in Tuscany and the Romagna Riviera it became the <strong><em>bombolone<\/em><\/strong> filled with custard. In Rome it became <strong><em>bomba alla crema<\/em><\/strong>, in Modena the <em><strong>Crafen<\/strong><\/em>, in Naples the <strong><em>graffa<\/em><\/strong> filled with black cherry jam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Artusi<\/strong> suggested filling the dough before cooking so that the aroma spreads evenly throughout every part of the donut.<\/p>\n<p>Krapfen are the protagonists of our <a href=\"https:\/\/igloofood.it\/en\/product-category\/sweet\/#gia-cotti\"><strong>Already Cooked line of frozen desserts<\/strong><\/a>: they are ready to use.
