The 2026 edition of SIGEP has come to a close, and it was a truly important event for us. Five intense days at our stand, meetings with industry professionals, and the presentation of our three new croissant lines.

The three new lines take center stage

The real highlight of our participation was the presentation of our three new croissant lines. These different products, designed to meet specific market needs, have been developed over the past few months by listening to customers and studying trends.

Tastings continued throughout the fair, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Each line found its audience, confirming that creating three different offerings makes sense for the current market.

In the coming days, we’ll begin detailing each line here on the blog: technical characteristics, production process, and target audience. We want to provide you with the information you need to understand which one will work best for your business.

 

Meetings and Discussions

SIGEP is always a valuable opportunity to listen to those who work in the field. Baristas, pastry chefs, and distributors stopped by our stand to taste, ask questions, and share their needs. These direct discussions are useful for understanding whether we’re going in the right direction.

This year, we received numerous requests for samples and commercial information, a sign that our new products have sparked genuine interest. Thank you to everyone who stopped by.

Thanks to those who took the time to visit us. Customers who wanted to discover our new products and new contacts who wanted to get to know us. Your interest and questions were the most important part of this experience.

Next Steps

Now the follow-up work begins: requests to manage, samples to send, and above all, the three new lines to show you.
